Without limiting what is currently ongoing, tob insurance will not be responsible for any of your reliance on the Platform and or Site or any content that causes loss.

PT Asuransi Total Bersama (“tob insurance” and “company”) in this case “We” understand that the privacy and use of your personal information is important. Tob insurance applies the principles of Personal Data protection in processing personal data in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

- Report activities suspected as violations of applicable laws, statutes or regulations to the competent authorities and cooperate with such authorities; and/or
- Request information and data from you in connection with the use of the Service and/or Platform access at any time, and as exercise of the rights of PT Asuransi Total Bersama if you refuse to provide/disclose such information/data, or if you provide inaccurate, misleading, data fraud and/or information or if PT Asuransi Total Bersama has sufficient reason to suspect you have provided inaccurate, misleading or fraud data and/or information information.

- tob Insurance Group for the purposes and conditions specified above;
