In order to control the risk of Fraud, the Company is committed to carry out the control function and implement an Anti-Fraud Strategy, which has been determined based on OJK provisions No 46/SEOJK.05/2017 and Company Decree No 008/SK.TOB/X/2019.
Types of violations reported are Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, fraud, gratification including fraud, embezzlement of assets, leaking of information, theft, omission of violations, conflicts of interest, and harassment and violations of laws and company regulations.
Guarantee of Confidentiality and Whistleblower Protection
The submission of the Whistleblower's Identity is optional and not mandatory, solely for the purpose of in-depth report communication (if needed). tob Insurance guarantees that it will provide protection to the Reporter from all forms of threats, intimidation, punishment or unpleasant actions from any party.
